What Is My Role As a Leadership Partner?

Delivered to individuals or teams within an organisation, I offer a powerful learning approach that creates self-awareness, helps drive transformational change, and provides critical challenge and support. I help build an open and collaborative relationship, adapting delivery to fit the needs of busy executives. 

Through regular in-person or virtual sessions, I get to the heart of your needs and develop a fully personalised approach to help you gain confidence and courage to create positive change within your organisation.

Executive leadership development

For more than 30 years, I have been helping organisations and senior leaders develop their leadership potential. I provide a variety of one-to-one, team and group leadership development mentoring experiences to co-create cultures of care and connection where people feel valued and able to be their best.

As an established facilitator and mentor specialising in inclusivity and diversity of thought, I believe in the power of collaboration. Together, we work to create a safe environment, harnessing open communication and conversations to drive real organisational change.

Wider Organisational Leadership Development

Working with an entire organisation to exact lasting change is an extremely powerful experience. For large settings with large numbers of participants, I facilitate and create space for deep exploration that prompt active listening. Sometimes co-led with another speaker, we have the capacity to work with groups of over 120 people, so as to empower your entire organisation, opening doors to change for everyone.

Executive Team Leadership Development

I partner with Chief Executives, Presidents and Vice Presidents, Senior Leaders and their teams, helping them develop their individual, team, and collective leadership strengths. The partnership begins with me listening and asking specifically designed questions to understand your context/situation and ambition. The purpose is to not only benefit our work together, but also benefit your business in order to:

  • Understand what you truly care about as a team

  • Appreciate your strengths and differences

  • Discover your values and beliefs

  • Hold open and honest conversations

Individual Executive Development

One-to-one Individual Executive Development gives you an opportunity to reflect on your leadership and grow a deeper level of self awareness. Making space for reflection and holding courageous conversations allows you to feel encouraged to explore the things that might be holding you back, to ask for feedback and help, and to affirm your strengths. Individual Executive Development will help you:

  • Identify and connect with your values and beliefs

Collaborative Team Leadership Through Conversation

I love partnering with senior leaders and their teams. What brings me real joy in my work is:

When meeting with CEOs or the most senior leaders of organisations, I ask: 'Why now?', 'What’s your ambition for the team, for the wider organisation, and for the future of the business?’.

I want to understand the current reality to understand  what is missing or lacking. By partnering with me, we can harness your team’s strengths and differences using open conversation, inclusive dialogue, and diversity of thought.

Through this method, they grow, learn, and collaborate whenever they need; they will know when to cooperate and coordinate based on having developed a greater understanding of each other. They will have a deeper trust and commitment to each others' success and that of the wider team and company.
