Creative Soundscapes with Margaret Soraya

In this lovely conversation with Margaret Soraya I talk about one of the ways in which I renew and connect myself through walking wherever I am, through literally finding my feet be that in a cityscape, or in the countryside and by the sea. I share the importance of place, and of space and how being able to be in nature nurtures my creativity.

Anni Townend Guest Speaker on the Walking Mentorship Walkcast

Walking Mentorship is led by Joao Perre Viana and Nuno Santos Fernandes and combines nature, walking, and mentoring into a tool of self-development.

I got to combine my love of walking whilst talking on this podcast and was delighted to select three pieces of music that are significant to me. Take a listen to hear my chosen tracks.
