Delivered through a series of highly interactive workshops, and supported by deep and lasting partnerships, the approach to our Collaboration Equation™ has been co-founded by Leadership Partner and Executive Coach Anni Townend and Executive Leadership and Team Coach Lucy Kidd.

Psychological safety gives everyone a voice. The confidence to speak up and be listened to.
Founded on a culture of curiosity, care, and courage, we practise the behaviours of deep listening, asking expansive questions and actively bridge building to forge meaningful connections.
Inclusive Dialogue
Inclusive dialogue recognises the power of words.
It demands language that is relevant and sympathetic to everyone. Inclusive dialogue does not make assumptions, use stereotypes or make comments that exclude others. It builds confidence, commitment, and compassion.
Diversity Of Thought & Feeling
Diversity of thought and feeling requires being open.
Open to different perspectives, experiences, new ideas, and opposing opinions. It’s about actively seeking different ways of thinking, being more curious, eliciting feedback, and asking big questions to open your field of vision.

Leadership & Team Coach
Lucy is an Executive Leadership & Team Coach who partners with leaders to create inclusive cultures of care and connection as an enabler to business results. She is on a mission to spark more meaningful connections and conversations at work. Lucy is a firm believer that amazing things happen when people feel seen, heard, understood, and valued - when they are clear on the meaningful contribution they make.
