Video discussion with DIAL Global on how to shape your own set of personal values as a leader

As a champion of diversity and equality, I was delighted to be featured on the Diverse & Inclusive Leaders Podcast hosted by DIAL Global. In this video interview with CEO Leila McKenzie, I discuss the importance of establishing your personal values in leadership and why who you’re being matters just as much as what you do. I touch on the two biggest questions I ask leaders to help them shape their values:

Firstly, who are you and what do you stand for and what are your values?

Secondly, why are you here, what is your meaning and purpose?

We also talk about my background and what led me to want to help senior leaders to develop cultures that celebrate diversity, open communication and courageous conversations. Please listen to the interview for advice on how to define, develop and act upon your desired values to improve your leadership potential.

This interview is also available to listen to on the Dial Global Podcast
